APB to SPI

We are using this RTL for the integration of APB and SPI protocols. But we didnt find the specification file for this RTL. In order to understand the RTL design and features we require the specification file, so that we could run different test cases for verification practices. So I kindly request you to help us get the specification file as soon as possible.
